These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ASTRAL mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by Altyn Bulak Trade (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use ASTRAL. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
ASTRAL is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. Horoscopes, natal charts, tarot, numerology, compatibility and other content — including AI-generated text — are not facts and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on the Service. You use the content at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@myastralapp.com of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service; attempt unauthorised access; use the Service unlawfully; or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The “Football 2026” section is an astrological-entertainment feature and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any football organisation; team and tournament references are used for commentary and entertainment only.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any reading or prediction is accurate or will produce any outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account if you breach these Terms or as required by law.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
