This Privacy Policy explains how ASTRAL (“we”, “us”, the “App”) collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our mobile application and website (myastralapp.com). By using ASTRAL you agree to this Policy. ASTRAL is an astrology and entertainment app and does not provide medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

ASTRAL does not collect your device location, your photos, your contacts, your microphone or your precise GPS. The place of birth you provide is a city name you type, which we convert to map coordinates to calculate your chart.
To generate personalised readings, we send the relevant astrological inputs (such as your sun sign, chart data, the question you ask, and language) to our AI providers (Anthropic and Groq), which return the generated text. We do not send your email or password to these providers. Readings are AI-generated and provided for entertainment.
We use trusted processors who handle data only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information and we do not display your personal data to other users.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the App (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing hello@myastralapp.com from your account address. On deletion we remove your profile, birth data and chart from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your region (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent (for example, by turning off analytics or notifications). We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. Our providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries; by using ASTRAL you consent to such transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards.
ASTRAL is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date; material changes may also be notified in-app.
